Competing at the highest level takes more than talent—it requires strength, speed, power, and refined skill. Our 6-week season ramp-up training class, starting the week of Monday, January 13th, is your chance to gain the edge you need this season. With just 4 spots available per group time, this small-group program ensures high attention to detail for each athlete.
This program is split into two focuses: Sports Performance Training and Baseball/Softball Skills Sessions.
The first half athletes will learn to perform Baseball/Softball-specific plyometrics, power, strength, and agility. The second half of the session, athletes will receive expert hitting and throwing instruction to sharpen your game.
Led by our Sports Performance Coach, Charles Schultz—a 2x All-American and trainer to 38 collegiate baseball and softball players (including NCAA Division 1 athletes and a professional athlete)—this program is designed to prepare middle and high school athletes for spring.
Training Schedule: 4 Weeks Long Starting Sunday, February 2nd
OPTION 1: 🗓 Mondays & Thursdays from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM OR​
OPTION 2: 🗓 Wednesdays 5-6:30 PM and Saturdays 9:30-11 AM​
